This monthly workshop is specifically crafted as a balm for your nervous system to soothe the nonstop stressors you face every day. Each session will offer nourishment through a unique blend of gentle yoga, yin stretching, restorative postures, pranayama (breath work), yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) and guided meditation. You will leave feeling rested, rejuvenated, recentered and refocused on who you are and what’s important to you. No experience necessary.

In this workshop, we will dissect the most common misconceptions about yoga that have been holding you back on your mat and in your life. The session will include a fine-tuned alignment-based practice, pranayama, guided meditation and end with Amanda’s signature tucked-in savasana, a.k.a. the best rest you’ve ever had. Be prepared to shake up what you thought you knew about your practice. You will leave with more confidence and ownership of your practice.

Since we'll be working on expanding yoga fundamentals, this workshop is great for beginners, advanced students, and those curious about pursuing a teacher training.

r e f r e s h yoga retreat is a weekend to get outside after being cooped up all winter. Unplug and reconnect with nature and yourself. Located in the quiet, peaceful setting of a rural southeast Wisconsin organic farm, you’ll find yourself filling up on farm to table home-cooked meals, practicing active + restorative yoga, hiking nature trails + walking the outdoor planted labyrinth, swimming in a glacier lake, enjoying s’mores around a bonfire, + stargazing. For early bird pricing, pay in full by April 5, 2019:

8:00pm – 9:00pm: Restorative Yoga + breathwork in Yoga Barn

9:00pm: Community bonfire + s’mores

Saturday

7:30am – 9:00am: Active, energizing yoga

9:00am – 10:00 am: Breakfast prepared + served in main retreat house

10:00am - 1:00pm: Free time to explore camp grounds, city of West Bend, hike

1:00pm – 2:00pm: Lunch prepared + served in main retreat house

2:00pm-2:30pm: Yoga Nidra in Yoga Barn

2:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Free time to explore camp grounds, city of West Bend, hike

6:00pm – 7:00pm: Dinner prepared + served in main retreat house

7:30pm - 9:00pm: Restorative Yoga in Yoga Barn

9:00pm: Community bonfire + s’mores

Sunday

7:30am – 9:30am: Active Flow/Restorative Yoga in Yoga Barn

9:30am – 10:30am: Breakfast prepared + served in main retreat house

10:30am-12:00pm: Free time to hike, swim, explore the camp grounds, pack up shop

12:00pm-12:30pm: Guided Meditation in Yoga Barn

12:30pm – 1:30pm: Lunch prepared + served in main retreat house

200 hour yoga teacher training

Mark your calendars! I’m teaming up with Lauren Goggins + Bottom Line Yoga to lead a 200 hour training. Whether or not you want to become an instructor yourself, this is a 3-month intensive to deepen your understanding of yoga + your asana practice. We’re working on the curriculum now and I cannot wait to share this with you!
